In the piperadiko we achieved to combine the latest equipment with the traditional way of processing pepper. Our mission is to protect all the traditional recipes inherited from the older residents and enrich them by creating new gastronomic miracles. Here, the abuse of pepper with industrial processes is prohibitive; all peppers are collected, peeled by hand and cooked in low temperatures. Grilling is always done in charcoal and smoking, in the woods.
