Petros Naoumidis, after the super hit addictive Piperomelo "hit" again! He calls his new creation "Red Pumpkin Vinaigrette with Florina Pepper" and it is a slightly spicy and very tasty sauce for salads or boiled vegetables (but also for many other uses, so to speak). The idea came from the region's long tradition of using red pumpkin, mainly in pies. In the jar, it is combined with Florinis pepper, a little hot pepper and a little sugar and it becomes a wonderful sweet and sour, slightly hot dipping sauce, which is easily eaten plain on a toasted bun.
